Terms and Conditions of Sale

This website and the CYOK online store are owned and operated by YESTOALL S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Romania and the European Union.

Any commercial transaction, pre-order, waitlist reservation, or purchase made through this platform constitutes a distance contract concluded directly with YESTOALL S.R.L. in accordance with Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

All commercial relationships between YESTOALL S.R.L. and consumers across Romania and the European Union are governed by the following statutory instruments:

CYOK offers precision biometric wearables: the CYOK Band (screenless biometric wrist strap) and the CYOK Ring (crafted from medical-grade PVD Stainless Steel with a hypoallergenic inner resin shell).

All CYOK hardware purchases include full access to the CYOK companion mobile application and all 9 biometric intelligence pillars with no subscription. The price displayed on the product page at the time of checkout represents the one-time hardware purchase price.

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (EUR / €) and include applicable statutory taxes in accordance with Romanian fiscal legislation. Any shipping costs are transparently calculated and displayed prior to finalizing checkout.

Online card payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). YESTOALL S.R.L. never stores, views, or processes raw credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. A fiscal invoice is issued electronically for every completed order and sent to the customer's email address.

In accordance with Article 9 of OUG no. 34/2014 (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), as a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods.

The 14-day withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the CYOK product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform YESTOALL S.R.L. of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement via email to contact@cyok.shop before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from being informed of your decision, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

All CYOK Band and CYOK Ring hardware units sold to consumers in Romania and the European Union benefit from the mandatory 24-month (2-year) legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with OUG no. 140/2021 and EU Directive (EU) 2019/771.

In the event of a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within 24 months, the consumer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge through repair or replacement, or to receive a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract under the conditions of OUG no. 140/2021.

We aim to resolve any customer inquiry amicably and swiftly via contact@cyok.shop. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in Romania and the EU may turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC — https://anpc.ro), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directorate (ANPC SAL — https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/), or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
