1. How to Return a Product Within 14 Days (OUG 34/2014)
Under OUG no. 34/2014, you may return your CYOK Band or CYOK Ring within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, without needing to justify your decision.
- Step 1: Send an email to contact@cyok.shop with your Order Number, full name, and a short statement that you wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Step 2: Pack the CYOK hardware unit, magnetic charging cable/case, and original packaging carefully.
- Step 3: Ship the parcel to the return address provided in our confirmation reply. Once inspected, your full refund is issued within at most 14 calendar days to your original payment method.
2. Standard Model Withdrawal Form (Annex to OUG 34/2014)
You may copy and email the following statutory template to contact@cyok.shop: 'To YESTOALL S.R.L. (CUI 49622545, J13/579/20.02.2024, Email: contact@cyok.shop): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [CYOK Band / CYOK Ring], ordered on [Date] / received on [Date], Consumer Name: [Name], Consumer Address: [Address], Date: [Date].'
3. 24-Month Statutory Conformity Warranty (OUG 140/2021)
Every CYOK Band and Stainless Steel CYOK Ring is covered by a 24-month statutory warranty against manufacturing and sensor defects in accordance with OUG no. 140/2021. If your device experiences a hardware malfunction under normal use, contact us at contact@cyok.shop with your order number for priority diagnostic and free replacement or repair.
